The contestants will gain confidence and poise in an increasingly competitive world. MISS O.T SOUTH AFRICA provides each contestant with the opportunity to grow and advance their personal and career goals while acting as a role model in their communities.

Objectives

Overview

Miss O.T South Africa saw the need to establish not just a typical project but rather a project that compliments Beauty with Brains and Heart and “Modelling with Purpose.” To us modelling is more about Education over Beauty, Purpose over Entertainment and Passion over Hobby. The project aims to bring out the best qualities from aspiring and professional models such as Talents, Public Speaking skill and commitment to Public Service. To develop models that will at the end of the course have Triple B Standards “Brand”, “Beauty” and “Business”. To develop Models that have what it takes to use their education, beauty, and influence to better the communities in South Africa through Public Services.

MISS O.T South Africa 2020 Finalists will be mentored and advised by Professionals on a number of topics that will enable them to be Good Ambassadors to their peers and their communities. Contestants will attend workshop Facilitated by a Professional Image Coaches, Modeling Coaches, Fitness Coaches, Motivational Speakers, Fashion Designers, Make-up Artists and other industry related professionals will be assisting the finalists on the following topics: Image Branding & Power of Association, how to brand yourself on Social Media, Public Speaking Skills, Developing Personal Style, Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle, Talent Management, Leadership Skills and Diversity Training

Judging Criteria of Projects and Tasks (Pre judging Prior to the Main events for all divisions)
1. Model’s Interview and Photoshoot (Introduction and Photoshoot skills) – 10 %
2. Online Voting Competition (Self Marketing and Promotion to acquire votes) – 10 %
3. Talent Showcase (talent Show) – 10 %
4. Fitness Workshop (Fitness and Healthy lifestyle) – 10 %
5. Sales and Entrepreneurial skills (Selling of Main event tickets) – 10 %
